Would be responsible in building a training content , schedule and manage the training requirements of internal team and the personell of dealer partners across the training . Will conduct technical training on Mitsubishi electric airconditioning products including VRF systems and commercial refrigeration systems . Will liasion with other technical instituts and independent professionals to conduct independent HVAC&R training .
The person in charge of training should have very good communication skills and have a passion for teaching and he would be required to travel across the country at regular intervals to impart on the job training at site
